Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Globist you agree to these terms. If you are using Globist for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.

You need an account to use the product, and you must be at least 16. Keep your login secure — you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at privacy@globist.ai if you believe it has been compromised.

Generating images, video and script content consumes credits, because each generation is a paid call to a third-party model provider. Credits are deducted when work is submitted and are not refundable once a generation has run, including when the result is not what you hoped for.

We apply rate limits to protect the service. Pricing is not final while Globist is in early access; we will give notice in the product before introducing charges or changing how credits work.

Everything you bring — premises, scripts, reference images — remains yours. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service: to store your content, and to send it to the providers listed in our Privacy Policy so that it can be generated, rendered and delivered back to you.

You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload. Do not upload material you do not have permission to use, and do not upload images of real people without their consent.

As between you and us, the images, video and text Globist produces for you are yours to use, including commercially, subject to these terms and to the terms of the underlying model providers.

Two things worth understanding. First, AI output is not guaranteed to be unique — a similar prompt may produce similar results for someone else. Second, the copyright status of AI-generated material differs between countries and is still unsettled in several of them; we cannot promise that output is protectable, or that it does not resemble existing work. If your use is commercially significant, take your own advice.

You agree not to use Globist to create or distribute:

• Sexual content involving minors, or any material that sexualises a minor.
• Content depicting a real, identifiable person without their consent — including synthetic likenesses, voices and deepfakes.
• Material intended to harass, defame, threaten or incite violence against anyone.
• Disinformation presented as fact, including fabricated footage of real events.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights.
• Anything unlawful where you are, or where the content is published.

You also agree not to attempt to circumvent credit limits or rate limits, to resell access to the service, or to use automated means to extract data from it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section, and we may remove content that does.

Globist is in early access. Features change, and the service may be unavailable at times. We do not offer a service level guarantee, and we recommend keeping your own copies of work that matters to you. Generation depends on third-party providers, and their outages will affect us.

You can stop using Globist and delete your projects at any time. Deletion is final after a 30-day grace period, as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or where we are required to by law; except in serious cases we will give you notice and a chance to export your work.

Globist is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months, or £100.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will give notice in the product before it takes effect. Continuing to use Globist afterwards means you accept the updated terms.
